Hospital administration and public health
From systems programmer to Municipal Secretary of Health. Twenty years organizing systems where failure is costly — and learning that good process protects people.
My story, my mission, and the path that brought me from Rio de Janeiro to Florida.
Hamilton has run things. He was Municipal Secretary of Health of Teresópolis and, before that, deputy secretary for four years — responsible for primary-care units, urgent care, specialty centers, the pharmacy, the fleet and the central scheduling office. With a public budget, deadlines and real consequences when something failed.
Only after that did he become a coach. He holds six certifications from the Brazilian Society of Coaching, earned between 2015 and 2016.
Today, in Florida, he's a licensed life insurance agent — still doing the same thing he's done his whole career: organizing what was disorganized so people end up protected.
Discipline is easy to preach and hard to demonstrate. His work is public and dated — anyone can check it.
From systems programmer to Municipal Secretary of Health. Twenty years organizing systems where failure is costly — and learning that good process protects people.
Six SBC certifications and more than 25 years speaking publicly, on everything from sales technique and leadership to self-esteem and quality of life.
Evangelism teams, outreach to people experiencing homelessness, hospital visitation and church management. The foundation for everything else.
Florida-licensed agent since 2025. The same logic as always: seeing the risk before it arrives and building the structure that secures the family.
There's one thread running through all of it: getting people out of improvisation. In a hospital, a church, a personal routine or a policy — the work is always the same.
Let's talk about protection for your family, a talk for your team, or the Ready To Win program.
