Ready To Win
The opening talk. Why most people know what to do and still don't do it — and what changes when someone stops waiting for motivation.
Good for: teams, conventions, open events
Mentoring, coaching, speaking and high-performance corporate training — in person in Central Florida or online, in English or Portuguese.
Close, hands-on guidance for anyone ready to leave improvisation behind — in their own routine or their team's.

One-on-one, to organize priorities and turn intention into routine.

For owners and leaders who need structure, not a speech.

Consistency as a system — what sustains results when willpower runs out.
Environment, focus and routine tuned so the important thing actually happens.
For business owners: protecting the company, key people and family — and organizing succession before it's needed.
Certified coach in six disciplines by the Brazilian Society of Coaching.
Every talk has a defined outcome — what the audience walks away with and can apply on Monday. 45 to 90 minutes, or a half-day workshop.
