Who is responsible

What is collected

Only what you type into a form, and nothing beyond it. When you submit a form on this site, the following is recorded:

• name, email and phone, where provided;
• the subject or goal you selected, where the form offers one;
• the message you wrote;
• the page you submitted from and the site language;
• your browser identifier (user agent) and the country your request came from, as reported by Cloudflare's network.
• on the quote questionnaire, the answers you select — including the health ones, when you expressly authorise them to be recorded.

No full IP address is stored, there is no cross-site tracking, and there is no advertising profiling.

The quote questionnaire and health information

The quote page asks the questions every carrier asks before issuing a proposal. Some of them are health information — nicotine use, diagnosed conditions, medication, pending tests.

Those questions only appear after you authorise it, in a question of its own. Decline, and the questionnaire continues without them and no health information is stored — you take those points up with Hamilton directly. Where authorisation is given, the moment it was given is recorded alongside the answers.

The answers are used only to review your case and to point you at carriers suited to your profile. They are not sold, they do not feed advertising, and they are not shared with third parties beyond what your own quote requires.

The questionnaire does not ask for — and you should not enter — your Social Security number, ITIN, ID documents, bank details, medical records or passwords. If a document is needed, Hamilton will guide you through the secure, official process.

Depending on your country or state of residence, health information may carry heightened protection — as sensitive data under the LGPD and the GDPR, or as sensitive data under Florida law. The rights described below, deletion included, apply to it in full.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no third-party analytics — no Google Analytics, no social pixel, no advertising tracker. There is no consent banner because ordinary browsing has nothing to consent to.

There is an anonymous first-party count, recorded on our own server, so we know which pages are useful. It stores only: the page visited, the site language, the domain you arrived from (never the full address), the country reported by Cloudflare's network, and whether you were on a phone or a computer. No IP address is stored, no device identifier is created, and you cannot be recognised on a later visit — which is why it is not tracking and needs no consent.

Two exceptions depend on an action you take: playing a video loads the YouTube player in no-cookie mode, which only records data once you press play; and the contact page shows a Google Map, which may set its own cookies when it loads.

What it is used for

Solely to reply to you and follow up on whatever prompted the contact — a consultation, an insurance question, a resource you asked for, or a book waiting list. Your data is never sold, rented or shared for third-party marketing.

Where it is held

Submissions are written to a Cloudflare database (Cloudflare D1) hosted in the United States. The site itself is served by Cloudflare Pages. If an email service is enabled in future to forward form submissions, it becomes an additional processor and this policy will be updated.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare — hosting and database.
• Google Fonts — the site's typefaces load from Google's servers, which log the request.
• YouTube — video thumbnails and player.
• Google Maps — the map on the contact page.
• WhatsApp, Instagram and Amazon — outbound links only. Once you click, that service's own privacy policy governs.

How long

Messages are kept for as long as they are needed to respond and to record the relationship. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or ask not to be contacted again. Write to hamilton.galdino1@gmail.com — there is no charge. Depending on where you live, these rights may be supported by the LGPD (Brazil), the GDPR (European Union), or United States state privacy laws.

Minors

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated.
